Just yesterday, my tech contacted me to setup yet another appointment, and while I was unavailable at the time I did ask if she could just email me with any update.nothing. And while they kept telling me there were no known issues, I finally found this thread on their boards and showed them. I told them their response was unacceptable for these reasons.

I was insistent that the issue is on their end and a software glitch because my files are part of a 2 year old project that I can open from my desktop, (Catalina), my iPhone, my iPad.just not on the laptop they insisted I update as a resolve to an entirely different issue.

While I have an upper tech working with me, I have been asked to send numerous files, recordings, screenshots.and the only resolve I received to date, was.my files are corrupt and I need to re-download!!! Or that I had incorrectly downloaded or moved the PDF riously!! OR, that this was a Dropbox issue because that is where I choose to save my files. I have been dealing with Apple with this exact issue for the past 3 weeks.
Please let me know what I can do about these PDFs, Mac Mail, and oh, there are some issues on two of my Macs with Photoshop CC 2019. Can you tell I am frustrated? I am running a business and thank heavens I have 3 Macs to work on after Big Sur. I can no longer search for emails AND my mailboxes will be empty (but not all the time), will be slow at downloading on one machine but not another. I also am having problems on ALL 3 of my Macs (this iMac, a new MacPro 4, and a Macbook Pro) with mail. The magically, PDFs opened the following day, but not today. I tried it a few days ago.when the same issue happened, and it did not work. I also do not have the time to restart my system in safe mode. I was able to open my PDF using Preview, but this is not optimal. It worked yesterday!!! And today, it's not working.īig Sur has so many bugs. When I right click, the default app is Adobe Acrobat which should work.
I have the same problem (amongst others with Big Sur).
